Please advise since from last evening I am feeling dry throat with pain ,while eating and drinking.. I
Had eaten chilled ice cream one day before.. after having it this has started.. since Covid has started again in our city Gurgaon.. Getting worried and asking this .. I got Covid infection last year in 2nd wave..
Also started Azze 500 Tab and beta-dine gargles..

It's ACUTE UPPER respiratory tract infection and its could be due to viral or bacterial.
It's can't say that it's covid or not
But it's covid era time so you should take Covid test .
But from the history cause you have taken cold food so that it's general infection of respiratory tract .
Treatment - depend upon your symptom as cough - dry or wet so then medicine is different for dry or wet cough or another symptom
So please take proper consultation .
