What is the reasons for a 23 age boy getting heartattack and dead at early morning 4am He is not a fatty person no family history ... How its possible their age is just 23

I am very worried about my nodes in neck i had one a year ago that is not growing and is small i don't have any other infection or symptoms still i have gone through usg blood work came back normal now few days back i realised i have many nodes to be felt and very small not growing 2 nodes in left side of my lower neck and another one the right side in of my neck now i Don't know how long they have been there when should I be concerned
