Low grade fever with throat pain
I am having low grade fever since last 25 days. Fever ranges(98.8-98.9 in morning and 99.1 by 8 pm and going upto 99.5 in late night). Throat pain is there along with fever, if no fever then no pain. Report and checkup done as below: 1:- ESR elevated 23 2:- malaria negative 3:- thyroid (FT3 is 4.10(HIGH), FT4 is 4.97(High), TSH is 0.21 (LOW) 4:- Widal report: S TYPHI O=1/160 S TYPHI H =1/80 5:- ADA(SERUM)= 18.19 6:- urine test is fine. Kindly suggest. Does typhoid is also with this low grade fever and throat pain. Also sometimes i have very very mild cough with chest pain. Currently it is okay(no cough no chest pain).

I think you need a thorough clinical examination more than anything else. Please consult with a General Physician in your area who can examine you and try to find a cause for your fever.

You don't have fever. You temperature is within normal limits. You have hyperthyroidism Needs further evaluation. Consult a general physician in your place for physical examination.
