Legs pain and pinch pain in chest
Hello Doctors, I have done the full body checkup and all the reports seem fine. B12, calcium, d3, fasting sugar test, and others. But still i feel legs very heavy in early morning when I wake up from bed. Pinch pain in the body mostly occurs anywhere. And muscles pumping in arms and thigh appears some time. In chest pinch pain also appears sometimes. I am very confused why is this happening and how can i stop this. Doctor gave me b13 and calcium, d3 tablets for a month 15 days passed but the pain is still observed. I have shown 6 odd doctor they all said this is due to weakness only. Sometimes burning sensation in the skin especially at fold of the arm is obeserved. Please suggest, how can this be treated. Or is this only due to anxiety.. really had loads of medicine in last 6months or so. Any ayurvedic long time medicine will be more preferable.

See man for preventing the feeling of  heaviness in legs on  getting up you need to keep your legs elevated while sleeping ( can do by keep pillow under your legs ... hight of the leg should be above your heart on lying down ok so if not possible by one pillow then keep 2 pillows). Avoid heavy exercises. Go for morning and evening walks. Drink plenty of water.4 litres per day Drink ORS .and glucose powder ( any flavour) Avoid alcohol. Stop smoking if you do. Stop over thinking. Don't take unnecessary stress. Have food containing vit b1 ( thiamine) Have milk and milk products. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Have Red meat... fish .. egg. Have nuts . Keep your self busy. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid tea and coffee. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
