40 days old puppy bit me(just a small scratch while playing) should I take vaccination? It is not vaccinated as it is still less than 3 months old

You can take if you have not taken before You will have immunity for a long time if you take But a small scratch has very very small risk of infecting you with rabies Just wash the wound and keep it clean.

Ideally Yes you need rabies vaccination !
Next Steps
wash the scratched area with soap and water for 15- 20 minutes and then go for vaccination.
