Earlier in 2014 my mother dignosed and found B12 low in body due to this loss of appetite ocuure...doctor prescribe a weekly b12 syringe... Now again its a issue occure can we use A2Z or zincovit or can we go with becasoule... Please guide

I have been having smelly farts due to constipation! If i take laxatives, my stool goes clear and I don't fart at all. But the day I don't take laxative i get constipated, i do have bowel movements but not clear, and hence, smelly farts. How to resolve this? My water intake is fine, my food habits are good, i am a little bit less active nowadays, i used to go to gym daily though, will start again. I eat enough fiber 40-50g per day. Please help me. Should I try digestive enzymes?

I am 60 year old woman with high bp and I am on losartan 50 mg and amlodipine 5 mg ..inspite of that my bp is 180/118 so today my doctor recommended me Telma 80-AM..IS IT SAFE TO TAKE AS THE DOSE IS A BIT HIGH ..WILL IT CAUSE LOW BP ? PLEASE HELP
