Provisional diagnosis- Acute upper respiratory tract infection
Medicine- Tab- Azithromycin 500 mg 1 time per day for 3 day after food
Tab- montec - Lc 1 time per day for 3 day in the evening
Cap- Vizylac 1 time per day for 3 day , take with Azithromycin
Cap- Any multivitamin like A to Z 2 time per day for 5 day

Don't take any cold food
take warm or hot soup
