Hello doctors please help me I have so many problems after last year COVID ,first it started with gastric symptoms like burping and after few months I have done so many medicins little solved and now I will feel energyless like in hand no energy and feet inside I will feel warm, I don't have BP symptoms but last week I checked it shows 140 now my eyes will be tired soon and in shoulder back I will feel burning sensation and restless what I should do? I will feel like this is the beginning of any disease?

Blood pressure reading on omron device, automatic Bp checking device, came as 129/82, is it okay or considered as high BP. Thanks.
