Covid- CT Scan Score 8
My father was admitted in the hospital due to Phrayngitis as he couldn't swallow and medicines. His oxygen level is above 95-96 at all times but hi CRP is high 100. And CT Scan Score is 8. Is this cause of concern?

He is already hospitalized so don't worry. He is being taken care by trustworthy drs. He is given correct treatment and i wish he recovers soon

Are you referring to HRCT Score ? It calls for detailed evaluation of the lungs. He may need monitoring and oxygen support. I hope he is still in the hospital (and you have not brought him home).

As he is admitted in hospital so you don't worry Doctors will talk care of him. CRP is high because of infection .... It will come down with the help of treatment. Severity score is moderate he will recover soon.

Lung involvement is moderate. Nothing to worry. As he is in hospital, he would be given the right treatment.
