Hi good afternoon....please kindly check your saturation level every day first..if any desaturation kindly take more attention if it is less than 92 As you said ..you will get it back smell  after complete recovery.. Take proper healthy diet to enhance your immunity Sleep most of the time in prone position Take plenty of fluids Steam inhalation It's looking like omicron clinically..what ever it is protocol is same...if you have any emergency work atleast  isolate for 10 days...if chance is there 14 days is best Take supportive medicine Vit c Tab.zinconia Follow your Consultant advice

It's been 3 years now everyday on tv in news papers , everywhere . govt is shouting and telling minimum 14 days isolation with or without symptoms if tested positive for COVID 19 but you must be very busy so couldn't notice. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Gargle with warm salt water. Do steam inhalation. Loss of taste and smell will be back soon one's you recover. Take vit c 500 mg everyday Vit b complex supplements everyday Rest treatment as your treating doctor has advised. For dry nose you can do nasal irritation with saline (buy a bottle of saline or just mix salt in boiling water then cool it down then use it). Stay home take rest have a healthy diet and act as a responsible citizen. Rest is up to you. Anyways people from Noida hardy fallow rules and regulations.

You can do steam inhalation and gargles. Avoid oily junk food Please complete your isolation period for 14 days Continue other medications prescribed to you. If you haven't consulted anyone yes, avoid self medications and consult with a physician online for further management
