Mri report says well defined ovoid cystic lesion of 5×6 mm in left leg and mild surrounding edema. Is it curable by medicine or operation ? Please help as there is continuous pain in left leg. I am not talking any treatment since last one year I Have this problem...is there anything to worry about?

I took a joint 3 days ago I gone through derealization episodes, which made me anxious and I asked my friend to take me to hospital. I was having feeling like I will go mad or die, also my heart beats was very fast. After resting in hospital I felt relieved, I was also given hypochlorite Injection. I stayed in hospital for 3 hours. After leaving hospital, I am in constant anxiety and feeling that everything around me is unreal. 2nd day also I was feeling the same, and I was trying to keep myself from overthinking. When everything was happening, I did know that this is feeling is not real. Also I was having a constant fear of having this feeling for eternal. Today its 3rd day, and the unrealistic thoughts and fear is less but its still there. From last 3 days I am just drinking water and roaming in the house. Talking to friends but can't talk more. Did I made an irreversible change to my body. Please please help me. I feel helpless.

I was diagnosed with Covid 19 exactly 2 months ago. I recovered with medications in a week and was feeling fine afterwards. In the last month, I travelled a lot, ate food from outside and had food poisoning (4 weeks ago) which was also cured within a week with medicines. Since 4-5 days, I have started feeling a lot of weekness and fatigue without any physical exertion. I also have tightness in my head and my eyes get tired very easily. I have a bit of sore throat and my ears are clogged. I do feel mentally exhausted too. Are these causes of concern or just post-covid symptoms? Please help!
