Please help me overcome my fear
Hii doctor. I am 19. I also have anxiety issue most of the time. Do you think that due to anxiety I will have a stroke? I have developed fear of getting stroke from the anxiety issues.

Anxiety State doesn't cause stroke. So if someone has a  stroke then we should look for a different reason.

You won't. Stop thinking unnecessary things. Concentrate on your studies. Everyone gets anxious during exams. If its there all the time and is hampering your day to day activities then you need to consult.

Anxiety is symptom that come as normally in any individual in the form of fear or just as in the form  fight or flight like situation to protect us from the normal difficulties of daily life . Anxiety can be abnormal when it affect our thought  and daily activities and produce some symptom like stress , palpitations, sweating and those symptom can  increase the heart rate more than normal value then in that situation it's can be known as disease As some Anxiety disorder. So in this situation your shuld take consultation with Doctor to know why that Anxiety is coming and what's the treatment?
