After I completed my course of aNtibiotics for h pylori, it has been 3 weeks, And since last 1-2 week only at morning i get yellow thick mucus when i force out that from nose, from throat. But later on in the day i get thick but clear mucus... Why is this happening

I am having a High Blood Pressure-150/80 i.e. >140 since last 1 year. I'll attribute this to be due to Obesity, Sedentary life style since I hardly walk 3000 steps in a day. If my ESR rate blood test came out 26mm/hr. Is there something to be worried about ? Does this indicate any serious issue ?
