Why on medication or diagnostic test  we cannot guarantee 100 percent safety(no side effects or zero risk).is 100 percent a flaw that exist only on paper in medical line

Hello Doctor Whenever I will have nonveg or not cooked 100% meat feeling discomfort while passing stool. This is happening from long time. But after 2 3 days it will disappear. No blood. Checked anus no muscles outside. But Whenever it happened passing stool is very painful. Shall I need to worried?. Please suggest me. If any home remedies.

Also avil 25 he suggest but after some days he notice urine leakage problem, while going bathroom it leaks I want to know is it because of avi 25 should it be stopped..
