Pain in hands
Having pain in both hands especially backside of palm area...it's like pulling all the nerves...and sometimes in shoulder,fingers too..is it bcz of vitamin deficiency or anything else??!!

Can be because of many reasons.
Needs to be evaluated.
Get your vitamin D , Vit b12 and calcium levels checked and get a Complete blood count test done.
Apply diclofenac gel or spray for relief.
Take tab paracetamol 650mg
