Hello doctor, i had a fever of 103.5 at max and it fluctuated between 101 to 103.5 on 20th jan,2022 , i used dolo 650 twice  and azythromycin 500mg once yesterday, and today i.e on 21st jan, 2022 my fever is  99 to 100. Spo2 is being displayed as 91 to 93 sometimes, majority of the times it is above 95. So coming to my query should i need to continue using azythromycin 500mg as i took it only once without consulting any doctor or should i stop as i heard it is a very strong antibiotic. I check my bp this month it was 136/93 and follow up readings were also in that range. But last month it was 124/84. Previous to that also always the readings were normal. Always between the range of (110-120/70-85). I have always been fit with regular exercise and eating healthy. How can i get high blood pressure in just a month? It is stressing me out. P.s - I keep electronic machine at home to check every month.

My father has bee suffering from urine infection (UTI) like from 4 months and its been effecting his health too much.. he's having his treatment from pgims rohtak as they advised to have urine culture and urine routine test. Sir I am male age 19 . I have lump in both the knee which only appear sit in specific posture like when I am pooping in indian toilet seat(may be it appears when I put pressure on my legs ) and also visible when I sit in squat position it is not visible in while I am resting or even standing . The lump does not give any pain   the lump is not movable infact when I touch the lump it does not feel like mass more like a fluid when I press it it compresses as well what is it really scared sir is it tumor??

My dad is saying that azee is branded and azicip is the generic version.I want to know is there any difference in them like efficiency or side effects. I know that both are manufactured by cipla and contain azithromycin.But is there any kind of difference between it i mean are they equally effective or not
