Recovering from low blood sugar headach
I doing some hard exercise and not eating much, that time my suger level are low, now it's takes a month to recover from it, now i have done oggtt, CBC, thyroid t3 t4, hba1c test this test are ok, but I have some problems, like sometimes light headache top of the and back of the head, sometimes like light heavy head, if i see light some sensitivity, but sometimes feels ok, some sleep problems like before i sleep 8 hours or more now 5 or 6 sleep, and some difficulty to do work, what to do plz tell me, It will go away on its own or I will have to do something plz tell me??? If it will go away it's own, how much time it will take?? If u any suggestion please give me... Plz sir

Drink plenty of water with ORS ( mix one packet in 1 little of water and drink 3 packets per day for a week atleast). Drink glucose powder flavour of your choice. Keep your self hydrated. Don't skip meals. Have a healthy diet. Have fruits and green leafy vegetables.
