I tested covid positive but now no other symptoms Please suggest diet to recovery using vitamin tablets only

My child is crying like any thing in the night. We were not able to handle like that she is crying. She is hitting her head to wall, then only she is allowing to touch her. Untill then is un controllable

Recently on 15/01/2022 I was having fever,cold and cough so i have started using medicine from night then later i have given samples on 16/01/2022 i got positive for covid. Today i.e., on 20/01/2022 i have again tested positive. Can any doctor help me when should i again get tested?? Thanks in advance..

My throat is poking a lot when I swallow food or saliva. My voice got changed after I gargled with salt water. I can't even eat any food as it is poking while swallowing. Please help me.

Hello SIr/Mam, I am facing really bad cough and a very high and cough. It started fro yesterday's night. I took paracetamol but no recovery.

I had lunch at 4 pm. Then I had coffee at 6 pm along with snacks. An hour after I feel like I'm full till neck. My stomach is making weird noises as well. Is this digestion problem?

Had fever 1 day took Tab pcm. Fever subsided.Next day developed sore throat. I took Tab azithro vit c and also taking steam inhalation and doing gargles. I feel congestion and my voice feels heavy. SpO2 and everything is normal.What should I do to improve my sore throat ? Since I have mild symptoms I would appreciate in home treatment advice.

Our neighbour's dog mistakenly scratched her. Scratch is minor but did bleed a little. That pet licked her wound. Does shee needs to get vaccinated?
