Need advice
USG abdomen test report states that gallbladder polyp 5 mm , before 6 months it was 3 mm ..No symptoms. Do i need any treatment for this ?. please answer.

You are 65 years old. Your polyp is persisting for a year or more. I think these are good enough reasons to get your gall bladder removed. There is no point in having sleepless nights.

As you are diabetic and hypertensive,and also age factor to be considered, better you go for CT scan abdomen and endoscopy. To rule out whether the polyp is benign tumor or not
