Saw noodle like worm in stool
Am 45 years old.
For past 2 months, I have feeling of not completely emptying bowel. Today I saw 5 inch long noodle like worm in the stool. Is this round worm? How to treat this condition?

Hi , 5 days before when i woke up and take a deep breath i got right side little pain.
After one day i got sneezing and nose blocked.
Now chest pain is gone totally but have little fever and nose blocked.
