Flu

Hi Dr I am having dull pain in lower right abdomen from last 2 days.. Consulted physician nearby.. He said it may be due to re occurrence of Epididymitis (which occured 2 years ago). I have no other symptoms. He prescribed med for 5 days and adviced for usg scrotum and whole abdomen. Is this right approach. I am in fear of if it is appendix or something else. Thanx

I have been treated 3 times for h pylori, 3rd time did stool test 1 month post treatment it came negative. But its been 2-3 months since then my gastritis is not going away... what to do! In endoscopy it was shown antral gastritis... please help me, it's distressing me mentally! How to treat this :( Have tried ppi for 1-2 months already :(.

Please analyse my blood report which I have attached My bicarbonate level came 19 which is low according to the range prescribed(20 to 29)and chloride level is 106 which is on high borderline according to the range prescribed(98 to 106)so what does it indicate? And my sodium level is 145 and the range prescribed is 136-145..Please let me know and another thing is that my Absolute Lymphocyte Count is high and Absolute Monocyte Count is low and right now I am not having any infection or fever so why it is high and my haemoglobin and rbc are low.. So kindly guide and explain me. Please see my blood report.. I am attaching it.

My septum feels irritated and I am facing sneezing because of that, I have a runny nose since 3 days, eyes tearing up and weakness - I have no fever - I have had Allegra yesterday and citrazene day before yesterday but I have had no effect - My face had red spots yesterday, but I have no allergies, I tried Allegra and this morning I had no spots but all the other symptoms are the same Kindly tell me what this is and what medicine should I be taking

I have Recently taken covaxin precautionary dose. There is yellowness observed near the injection site. Although I don't feel any of the  side effects, but is it a cause of concern?

Suffering from tension headache during office hours, it gets trigger while having sudden stress during working hours, Suffering 3 to 4 days in a week , mostly feel after lunch time to end of day, Vision ok their is no any spec number, only having issue of eye dryness as per latest eye checkup and prescribed for lubricant eye drop. Also having hypertension for which tablet continue on daily basis and its normal. But inspite of that facing headache, Kindly guide me.

I am having a hard small lump on my back from about one month. I also went to see the doctor and she gave antibiotics but it didn't shrink at all. It is not movable. It is located where I have pointed my finger in the pic. Please tell something how to make it go away (Pic Attached)
