I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia recently. I have frequent episodes of neck, shoulder and arm pain (in the nerves). I take medication sos, and go for physiotherapy when needed. For the last few days, I am having throat pain too, it is not in any particular point, it seems isolated pain in different places in my neck. It does not feel like sore throat either, nor do I have a cold.

I did a LFT today, it showed elevated levels of ast and alt, i don't do alcohol or anything. Since last 1.5 months i have been on nexpro L, due to h pylori and antral gastritis, is this high level of enzymes due to longer ppi use? Please guide me, m really really scared :(. In January all the levels were fine. Please check it once. I am really scared
