Yesterday i drank sweet lime juice from freezer..after that from night i am having runny nose and cough with throat itching..i am having one year old boy who is still breastfed

My mother always has low to normal bp. But sometimes once in 2 or 3 months, her BP suddenly shots upto 180/90 which led to severe complications like vomiting, fainting, dizziness, dry mouth. In high BP, she takes Telvas 40 along with vertigon to control other symptoms. But again after 2 or 3 days, her BP drops to 100/80. In that case also, can i give her telvas 40? How to give right dose of medicine in this case of both high and low BP? Also once she gets high Bp, she couldn't sleep for a week without sleeping pills.

I have weakness from birth on right side of my body. Including right eye, ear, hand,knee,and torso. This issue has become more apparent after 25 age . I would like a recommendation on which doctor to visit.

Hi Doctor, My mother in law is having BP and she has forgot to take her medicines. Earlier she had 180 bp, after that from 5 years she is using bp tables. Recently she has forgotten having them and is having neck pain. Today when checked her Bp came out to be 148/101 . Tablets being used are telmikind h 80. Please suggest if neck pain is related to bp and if medicines being used is appropriate for 148/101. Thank you
