Hi dear yes it is showing changes in ur ultrasound but ur blood report is fairly okay so we can work on diet and ur lifestyle to keep everything in control kindly consult so i can guide you better
Actually in the ultimate analysis there is not much difference between the two. In Alcoholic fatty liver disease it is the tissue degeneration and cirrhosis which is a predominant feature.
In Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease it is the tissue inflammation, especially around the blood vessels in the liver. That will also lead to fibrosis and cirrhosis.
Quantity of liquor consumed is important but some people will get degeneration of liver tissue with lesser amounts . It is more like an allergic reaction .
So to avoid Alcoholic fatty liver disease it is better to avoid liquor completely.
For Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease it is the excessive amount of fat deposits which are responsible for liver fibrosis.
So self discipline is the key word.
There is no need to fear..there is more deposition of fat in your liver called fatty liver it's in early stages.Do follow the steps.
Regular walking
Taking good diet
Wt reduction
Vit E capsules found to be useful to improve the liver functions.
