I'm a tobacco chewer since 1 year I'm a fatty boy with 100 kg and my taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and placida 10 and nexitoplus for anxiety or insomnia I noticed that when I'm not chewer of tobacco my bp raming around 125/85 with 100bpm and now I checked my bp it's rise to 130/95 or somtimes suddenly rise to 150/100+ so I take tobacco dose 20 per day so my que is it's due to tobacco or anything else

Doctor i have a Cat and cat is vaccinted with rabies vaccine in December 2021 and cat scratch me in February so that time i took complete 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination so my question is if my cat again scratch me so do i have to take rabies vaccine again ?

Hi doctor, I am on IBS Treatment from 1 month. I am probiotic, antacaide and colospa. My morning stool was initially hard and brown and then it was normal soft and yellow. I went 2time, and i was feeling pin kind of pain while stool was coming out of anus but stool was soft. I did my stool complete analysis test 1 week back and all were normal. Why is this pin pinching feeling while passing stool.??

Sir I am doing lot of exercise and eating not much, that's why I have low blood sugar, now I am eating much and eating banana an orange juice now I am ok, if not eating carbs I feel some weakness, and now I am eating banana and some protin, now i have a question can I do exercise?? And if u have any suggestions??

Dear Sir/ Ma'am Please advise since from last evening I am feeling dry throat with pain ,while eating and drinking.. I Had eaten chilled ice cream one day before.. after having it this has started.. since Covid has started again in our city Gurgaon.. Getting worried and asking this .. Sir/ma'am I had annual health checkup few days back.. My report are not good , liver , ag ration globulin etc are very poor. Kindly see the report and guide me what to do next? I have no symptom and i am 100 kg 6 feet person with no hospitalisation history. Hba1c is 5.5 bP is 122/82.
