Difficulty in breathing
I sometimes feel difficulty in breathing. How can I ensure proper and effective breathing. I feel I don't breath with full capacity, how can I ensure that. Which results in low energy levels throughout. Also, at night I take really small breaths. What can be done to use full capacity of lungs.

Dear, as u r 22 year old may be asthma is one of the reason of it, so for that consult with an respiratory physician. If asthma is rule out than possibly it may be because of psychology for that plz do yoga and pranayam, it really helps you very well.

If u r stressing ,take it out .if u were to have difficulty in breathing then ur spo2 will be low check that and also do an abg for blood gas analysis.
