Headache on top dull ache and stiff neck no other side pain but headache at top and neck feels very stiff what's the reason it started from morning 10 am.

Hi. I am on azithromycin 500 MG for 3 days and calpol 500 MG for viral infection. I am having constipation problems probably due to these meds. Can I take yakult prebiotic for 5 days continuously as I have read it helps in generating good gut bacteria that antibiotics kill and also help with constipation.
