Isabgol regularly
Does isabgol helps in reducing cholesterol? Can it be a part of daily diet as dietary fiber? I take it frequently like twice or thrice a week, is it ok?

In my knowledge we don't have serious side effects associated with regular consumption of isabgol but if u are forced to have isabgol due to long term constipation it may be cause of worry and would warrant detailed discussion

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes it will reduce cholesterol levels very minimally when you take regularly. Instead, you can take natural fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables.
