Hi doc !!my tongue is feeling rough and white what the reason this white tounge is 2 year ago presist what the reason dry mouth also some time burning on tounge,some time my right side neck pain and irritation,hand shaking and body weakness I done all the test but no evidence,any time sleepy mood like go for bed, breathing problem some times what the reason sir

I am having pain in both sides below ribs and i can feel swelling and tightness. It is more in right side. It is more when standing for long time. I am having acidity problem. Also was diagnosed vitamin d deficiency and taking supplements

Hi , I got sore throat  on January 12 and white tongue on January 20 , had consultation with ENT doctor(viral pharyngitis). He gave some medicines within 3 days my symptoms reduced . But , still white tongue is present and I have checked covid antigen test on successive consecutive days and it came positive and after using medicines it came negative . I'm not able to understand am I covid positive that time ? Post this incident , I got muscle pain and multiple times sore throat .

After successful eradication of h pylori, my stomach burning went away, but gnawing persists! Due to Antral gastritis.. How do i heal it quickly? I went through a full body checkup And my vitamins D and vitamin b12 is low in number I personally feel very low and tired some times Doctor prescribed me METHYLCOBALAMIN 1500 MCG TABLET but i am getting headaches because of it .. Can we take Vitamins b12 injections on alternative days (for 5 day) as doctor gave this option to me Please tell what to do
