So i was having this feeling of nerve today, when I checked it is swollen/enlarged like shown in pic. There is no pain or anything, just nerve can be felt, thats it. Ignore the scar mark, it was due to an accident 6 years back, not any major accident.. Why is this happening

In last 3 year I got more than 6 tt . Last tt date is 4 may .2022 Today I have fish bone inserted in feet and removed .bleed minor. Should I need tt again? No childhood vaccination record found

Namaste doctors, i am 19F , i had 100.5 fever 2 days ago with cold and cough and a doctor gave me clavam 625 antibiotic with cough syprup and paracetamol. For 2 days i didn't have fever but again my body temperature is above 99 with very sore throat and cough and cold. What can i do doctor?? Prior to me my brother had fell sick with fever and cough, and with me my mother also fell sick with fever and cough.
