4 days ago when this iron sidi are standing on the wall suddenly it's fall and hit on my back head but I didn't notice bcoz there is lil bit pain no swelling no black mark but I'm worried about that do I go for ct scan or do nothing it's weight about 10 kg

Hi Sir/Mam, From last Tuesday, I am having a discomfort/tightness in my chest . There is no sharp or acute pain in general but whenever I stretch or do more physical work I can see that discomfort increases Nd there is some pain at centre of chest.Also at times I am having burping/hiccups for like 1 2 mins and then going. I had done my ECG and "Troponin T" test and both came normal. Also I have no cough, cold or fever. Can someone suggest if heart report is normal what else it could be and how can I relief my self from it.

I am having consistent mild dizziness from last 10 days.consulted ENT 4 days ago as I have ruptured eardrum from long time, so thought that could be the reason.ENT specialist gave acid reflux tablets and b12 tablets and some for treating ear infection.now my dizziness is not consistent.but when I stand suddenly from lying position feeling mild blackness for some time.but it was not happening before taking medicines.Also started feeling frequent nonpainful muscle spasms mostly on legs,rarely neck and once on jawline.yesterday I took saline for electrolytes and multivitin.What can be the reason for muscle spasms which started yesterday?my bp ,sugar,CBC test is normal.Is there could be serious disease?

I have been on Nexito 5mg since 6 months and Gabapentin 300 mg since 5 months. Last week I shifted to Nexito 2.5mg and Gabapentin 200mg. Befor shifting to Nexito 2.5mg I was on Nexito 5 on one day and Nexito 2.5 on other day for 10 days. Now my BP is around 150/80 since 3 days. Is my BP high. Should I take any tablet explicitly to normalise this BP? My psychiatrist Doctor said it is due to anxiety and withdrawal symptoms of nexito tapering. Kindly advise what I can do now?
