Got a scratch on my hand from a metal gate outside home. No blood came out but redness is there. My last tetnus shot was last year. Do i need to get a shot again?

I am suffering from continuous bowl movement 4 times a day from last 2 days stool colour is yellow,No liquid stool normal soft stool. it's it infection?

Doctor my Anti rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal 4 dose along with TT on Day 0  and i took 3 Vaccine till now i.e Day 7 and my Last Day 28 anti rabies vaccine is due after 20 days Next Month But today on 15th June a street dog scratch me with Nails no wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to Re-start rabies vaccine from Day 0 or i have to take extra dose of Vaccine ?

From the past 2 weeks, i am having following symptoms: 1. Whenever i get up from bed or from sitting i feel light headedness 2. Gas trouble 3. Increased thirst (today i felt this symptom) 4. Stiffness in occupital area of the head. 5. Suddenly i get nervous for no reason 6. Sleep patterns changed, sleep comming after late night, but able to sleep for more than 7 hours. These are the symptoms i am facing, as due to work loads and family issues i am not able to focus on health. I am having a sedentary lifestyle. But no junk foods are consumed. Please guide me for this issue. What to do?. Whether is due to bp or sugar problem?.

I am having itching sensation in my nasal tract and neck. Also mild fever with mild cold. Weakness and mild body ache

Since last 2 days , I am facing stomach pain on left side. As far as diet is concerned, i am not facing issue in eating or any problem related to gastric.
