A doctor had told to take paracetamol 500mg 1-1-1.
I forgot to take a dose of 1 paracetamol 500mg at afternoon. Can I take it now(7pm) and again at 11pm? Is it safe to have it in such short gap?

No. If you have missed one dose and you didn't get fever you should forget it. Don't take two tablets together or a tablet after a very short gap after the first Tablet.
Try maintaining a minimum gap of 6 hours subject to the symptoms you are having. If there are no symptoms even after skipping the dose you can tak it directly at night.
