Your TB affected area is healing with fibrous tissue( no lungs parenchyma) That area is not useful for gas exchange ( O2 replacement toco2) If it is a localised area, that won't be any problem Relax Continue the treatment

It’s a sequel of healing process of tuberculosis infection If your are having symptomatic improvement with medication continue same for 6 months am atleast and sos further as needed Can consult for further advice and discussion as the lesion might have long term consequences
