Hello Have u measured the temperature? Any difficulty breathing How old is your son Are the vaccinations completed Has he been hospitalized before? If it's viral It will clear on its own Plenty of oral fluids Rest And nasoclear nose drops 3times a day Fever medicine is given according to weight So what is the weight of it child
