My mom is 73, she has cold cough and loose motions. Her fever stays low all day and shoots up to 104 at night. I have given Dolo 650 however the temperature isn't dropping as fast as I expected

Please do mention no of days.. in case of having fever.because simple viral fever and cold can persist up to 3 days. We can’t prescribe antibiotics in this case.only medicine you can give is dolo 650 8 hourly. And for loose stool. You can give capsule ( probiotic) and ORS is must
Next Steps
Go for CBC test if fever is persisting for more than 3days
Health Tips
Rest is must. Give. Her easily digestible food.and ORS at frequent interval.
