I feel forceful blood flow in my legs and sometimes other parts when i lay down. Otherwise it hardly happens. I am very confused could it be because of bad collestrol etc?

I am seeing such white spots in my stool, is that normal? I didn't eat any seed or anything..is that any infection?

So, i was facing constipation and smelly farts a lot, then i observed that the stool came out was very less and somehow pressed/thin. One day at morning only thin poop 7-8cm large came out. That's it no more stool after that constipated.. So I consulted a doctor have i take isabgol since last 3-4 days, 1teaspoon, twice a day. So, today I saw this stool in the pic(sorry for picture), the stool that came out early had enough/normal bulk but the stool that came later(see the part at the top, looks a slight thin :/.) I am worried about colorectal cancer or ibd :(. Now i am scared about stopping isabgol as i fewr the constipation will come back. Also i dont have any stomach ache, rectal pain or any blood at all. Just constipation and thin stool.. please guide me.
