From 2nd day of my periods am getting too much whole belly and chest paining. I can't walk also properly. But my periods blood also not too much. But pain is harder than periods pain. Also vomiting too much. Now my vomiting Colour was green and before this vomiting my vomit Colour was yellow before that vomiting was normal. Please help me what to do. Give me some medications. I can't bear with😭

I lost around 11 kg over the last 10 months Starting weight-65 kg, current weight- 54 kg. Through intermittent fasting, calorie deficit and brisk walking. Weight loss was gradual, almost 1 kg weight loss per month. I have noticed that my breast size have reduced from 38 to 36 inches. I also feel like my breasts have become somewhat saggier than before. Hi I am having issues in breathing. At rest or while lying down, breathlessness increases. And constantly there is discomfort in upper left chest. I burp a lot during the day and night which eases the discomfort but it doesn't go away fully. SPO2 is 99. Bp is normal. What can be the cause. Thanks.

Few days ago. I had tachy sinus and I took my blood test which showed RBC 6.1 , 2D echo and chest xray which came out to be normal.
