I have cold and cough from last 5 days . yellow cough and muscle pain is very high also headache and feel very hot

Am 35 years old, I woke up at 11 am today, there was a slight tremor in my hands and feet, which gradually increased, I checked my blood pressure, it was 120/90, then I went to the doctor, then there was my ecg. that was normal why do i feel like this in the middle I am having gas problem and there is a lot of anxiety what to do

My vitamin B12 levels are 180 and my vitamin D levels are 9.54 Currently I am taking these supplements it is safe to take these supplements.

Hello I'm 50F. I was diagnosed with hypertension last December. My bp was 147/90. In Feb i got ECHO done which came clear except mild LVH. EF was 60%. LV chamber size and mass was normal. Systolic and diastolic function was normal too. TMT was negative too. The doctor put me on Telmisartan. It's been 1.5 months since I started taking the medicine. Now my BP comes around 124/82. However I have noticed that during exercise, i start feeling dizzy. I'm thinking my bp goes too low during exercise. What should I do?

I have recently done hemoglobin HPLC  test of my father, whose report is as follows: Hb F* is 0.60%, Hb adult is 83.50, Hb A2 is 4.80%, Hemoglobin is 10.90 g/dL, PCV is 34.90%, MCV is 71.30 fL, MCH is 22.30 pg and RDW is 16.50%. Kindly consult us after scrutinizing the report.
