I had fever varying from 99.3 to 100.5 yesterday. I took dolo 650 and from today morning I don't have fever. I have also little wet cough which is whitish and little greyish. Should I take Azithromycin also.

Hi Dr. My wife was recently diagnosed with covid(rt pcr result) right after we both took the booster dose I got same symptoms after 3 days and took medicine from a Dr for 4 days (prescription picture attached) Post 4-5 days I only had semi-wet cough (taking Ayurvedic syrup and sitopaladi churan for it which is helping) and steam. But after 9 days mild body pain/extreme fatigue is back, wat to do for it ?

My husband follows a healthy life style. He never smoke or drink his entire life till now, wakes up early morning for exercise, maintains his weight always, avoid the street and junk food , have less salt intake, uses light weight cooking oil, he takes atleast 6- 8 hours of deep sleep everyday. Even after doing everything possible he is facing the problem of high blood pressure. Please tell me what should i do?
