Low hemoglobin can cause significant amount of hairfall. As scalp has a very limited blood supply, hypoxia due to low Hb can cause hair follicles to lose their integrity and can lead to hair loss. Hair loss is reversible upto a significant amount of time only. Consult at your convenience for better advice and management.
