Hai first report which I had done they said someting is there and 2 one which I had done it's shows noraml please check the reports

You have deliberately removed the date and time of ECG. Even the name is written in such a manner that it leads to suspicion. The two ECGs may be after a long time gap. No further comments.

Both your ECG readings are normal. The first ecg showed sinus tachycardia cardia ( fast heart rate ). You could get thyroid function test. ( T3, T4, TSH ). If you experience palpitations, proceed to do holter monitoring for 24-48 hours
