From past week I am having excessive pressure for peeing. I am supposed to pee within half an hour after drinking water. Also, I am a patient of piles, and having too much pain in the area. For the relief of which I am taking aleovera for last 2 days. It's improving my condition but I want some permanent solution.

I get difficulty in breathing while lying down straight if i lay down left or right breathing is okay but while lying straight i get difficulty

Hi, Today morning suddenly I got fever around 104.9 degree F. I took combiflam and cold sponge. Now  temperature is 98. Why fever gets so high? What precautions I need to follow? Please suggest.

Yesterday I did my blood test and WBC count is 12090... as it is high than normal range. I didn't have fever and cough. Please let me know is it normal or is there any thing to worry about?

Waking up suddenly extremely dizzy, running to the washroom due to the nauseated feeling in return, throwing up acid, sweating all over (back, face, head), struggling to not faint. Hanging head down due to low energy. Takes 15-20 for the fainting feeling to pass. Get back in bed, connect oximeter. BPM 58-60. Same had happened exactly 10 days back also.

Hi, Its been 1 week my wife 25 (wears glasses) having perticular nervous/veins pain which is located just above eye on side forehead. We have consulted a general practitioner offline he prescribed pain killer( paracetamol+domperidone) which didn't work, even tried some OTC painkiller failed. Could you please guide us to the correct specialist who can diagnose this. The headache has started 2-3 months back which is on and off.
