What should be the right dose of azithral 500 mg ? Once daily or twice daily. Symptoms - mild fever sometimes, mild sore throat, weakness. Covid negative. Before i was taking antibiotics cefixime+Azithromycin for 3days. But infection didn't subside

I feel pressure on the left side of my chest 2-4 days a week for 4 months and my left trap muscle is paining since a week, I have done ecg, echo and TMT and blood tests in april LDL cholesterol was 156, uric acid was 8 but I had Given uttermost care in diet, I lost weight and eat only healthy food now, recently on 22 july I did ECG again which was normal but my pressure on chest had not gone, and since on August I had pain on left traps.

Tsh serum 7.7 , is it something I should be worried about, I have been having muscle twitches all over my body .

T3: I got 1.26 ng/ml T4: 11.10 ug/dl TSH: 3.31 ulU/ml Do I have thyroid? If yes, which type? And is it at a serious stage or controllable?

Hello mam doctor given Escitalopram 10 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg .But now I have in my box escitopolram 5 mg of (nexito plus ) can I take 2 pill of those 5mg  +5 mg will be 10 mg and take clonazepam dispernsible tablets 0.5 mg as usual

Occasional pain on the right of the stomach, also burning sensation under the center of the chest and it travels till above the navel at times. I did a body checkup and it includes USG as well. USG says fatty liver grade 1 . Rest all normal in the report. LFT has billirubin 1.6.  It also says conjugated billirubin is 0.50 and unconjugated billirubin is 1.10. Rest all parameters in LFT report are well under limits. Urine chemical exam says acidic. And other parameters all normal. This occasional pain and  burning sensation at night as is  disturbing my sleep. I am following a diet plan for fatty liver also walking for 1 hour. Maintaining a gap of 2 hours between dinner and sleep. My last body checkup had billirubin  0.7 . I had food from outside and after that it started and it's been happening from Last 7 days
