Plz suggest me that... dr give me vizylac two times a day and antibiotic two times a day...my ques is can i take both morning and evening or gap between them??? Is probiotic with antibiotic cancel each other

From past 6 months I have experiencing pulse/vibration type feeling in center of chest from top place to bottom place and these feeling is constant 24/7 i done couple of ecgs and echo and tmt all are normal and I have a acid refulx problem due to this I have a tightness of chest and I am experiencing pulse feeling at where the chest is tightening and I am also have anxity some times i am experiencing jerks in the body pls tell me what is cause for this
