I'm taking nucoxia mr for muscle pain, can it be combined with neurobion supplement?

I had ct scan 2 months ago and it was normal because I had an accident so had to go for scan but it was normal. Right now 2 days ago I had top headache and very stiff neck. Headache had gone after sleeping but from that day neck is very stiff and heavy it feels very tight is it related to brain or something pls urgent advise I cannot consult because i am in UK pls give direct answers why is my neck being so stiff. I had just done lateral raise dumbell and had headache after 1 min but headache went but there is stiff neck is it because something happened while lifting I am really scared pls help I cannot take consult because I am in UK kindly pls give advise. I don't have blurry vision I don't have nausea I don't have weakness or numbness I don't have droopy eyelid I don't have dilated pupil

Hi, Recently I have been to different city and ate some spicy food for 2,3 days. And now I can see some bright red color blood in motion and i can see the blood outside of anus. I have pcod and weight is 84 kg. I am 32 years female. I am doing morning walks, yoga, calorie deficit diet for weight control. A doctor recommended me obeperalpha tablets for weight loss. Will it be helpful in reducing weight? If no then what other options I should try medication wise.

I have high tlc in my cbc report ... Which i have done yesterday ... Range is 10.20 thou mm3 And i have my cbc before 3 months before i have my tlc is 5 thou m3... I have increased in tlc too much in just 3 months ...is it seious problem ..like cancer etc .. Pls tell me..am afraid... Actually before test i have severe pain in my abdominal my abdominal report said fatty liver so i have my cbc report ...
