Can I use battery distilled water in the CPAP machine as only it's available in the market and no other

I taken  endoscopy in last year september in that 40cms, lax sphincter,mucosal prolapse and the impression is hiatus hernia, gerd.what is the meaning of mucosal prolapse? I am taking medicines but if i stop taking medicines,i observe symptoms like upper  left stomach becomes very tight, severe bloating after taking food, dull stomach pain, this is happening everyday with out taking medicines. i can't sleep with stomach tightness at night.please give any advice. Male, 27 BMI - 24.9 , Mild Hypertension with anxiety. GP prescribed Bisoprolol 1.25 mg for anxiety palpitations with slide elevated BP. Total Cholesterol - 200 LDL - 123 HDL- 45 Triglycerides -173 Uric acid- 6.88 All other parameters are normal. Should I consult my GP for high lipid or is it in normal range , can be controlled through diet?

I am feeling tired, restless, throbbing feeling, hot feeling in feet , stiffnessin hand and leg joints everytime. Even after sleep of 8-10 hrs. Evwry Morning feels No change in condition . I have to take Painkiller or multivitamin .

Hello sir/mam, when i woke up today in the morning, i started feeling pain in shoulder, which will be from heavy bench press, but also numbness in pinky/little finger and side of hand, i sleep on side or on stomach, and my hands usually under my body, its been 14-15 hours since numbness, sometimes it reduces, and then get back to where it was, should i worry about it?? These days i am having pain lower back which then radiates tò the lower parts of body and also have a pain in back of the head also i.e near the joining bones at the back head. Lower back hurts and sometime body becomes stiff and whole body become sore/painful. One thing i have also noted that i am able to manage things in my life, my exitment levels of good things happening to be ends with a stress induced excitment. Overly excited. Feeling like something is wrong in body. I felt in these age of 25 years, i am facing such issues, i don't know what happens in the older age. Please guide me why it is happening?

From past week I am having excessive pressure for peeing. I am supposed to pee within half an hour after drinking water. Also, I am a patient of piles, and having too much pain in the area.
