Swelling on ankle
Hello All,
I m having swelling on ankle and feeling light pain while walking i dont remember of falling somewhere i dont know how it swelled
What could be cause of it
N should i apply ice on it

Cold compression/ice pack + zerodol sp once daily if pain persists. Limit movement in the area, conduct x ray ankle joint both AP and lateral views and consult an orthopedics doc immediately if pain aggravates
