I have vitamin d3 deficiency
I have vitamin d3 deficiency my level are 16ng/ml. My doctor told me to take d3 must 60k table and he told that take this table 4 days continuously and after that once a week for 8 weeks. I taken this table on day one every thing was fine my deficiency symptoms reduced. But next day i taken this table and after 2,3 hrs later i started headache and tingling in my head and also lost my appetite, feel nausea, now after 3 days this symptoms are not going i stopped the medication but i don't know why my symptoms are not going please help me. my doctor is out of station. What should i do and how can i reduce my symptoms.

Taking vitamin d 3 continuously is over dosage Nothing to worry  stop the medication and take the medication weekly  once you will be alright

60000 iu of vitamin d is to be taken once a week.Taking it daily for 4 days consecutively is not advised. Excessive dosage of vitamin d causes increase in calcium which gives rise to thirst , frequent urination,nausea and vomiting and weakness
