I have suddenly put on 1.3 kgs of weight in just 3 days, even though I've been exercising well and eating healthy everyday. I've been doing strength training since 4 days using light weights(2 kgs each) and have maintained hydration. My periods are over, but my weight is higher than it was during the period. I'm 5'7" and now 61.55 kgs, whereas I was 60. 3 kgs 4 days ago. What could be the reason? I am also on the contraceptive pill ovral-l and started a new pack 3 days ago. This is my 7th month on the pill.

Hello, I would like to know if there is a connection between urticaria and periods? I have urticaria and get hives on exposure to mold but no other allergens. I was exposed to mold for 3 months and was on antihistamines and upon changing my surroundings it stopped the hives. After this I'm having prolonged periods of 20 days with spotting and sometimes heavy, I consulted a nutritionist because gynecologist referred me to her, nutritionist put me on diet with restrictions for allergy causing foods.. although I don't have food allergies... will this help?? Please guide me..

Hi, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am 116kg in weight and 5 feet 6inches height. My heart beat increases to 180bpm if I walk fast. My BP is 130/ 90. My Diastolic number keeps increasing. My fasting sugar is 110. Prediabetic. My cholesterol is under control. I did Master Health check up recently. Why my heart beat increases on walking climbing stairs? Resting heart beat is 95 to 107. Why my BP goes up especially Diastolic number? Please help me with some medicine or medical solution!!!👈

Hello, Please help me i am too worried for my husband. On Saturday 19th June,evening he got a fever and vomiting. Consulted doctor - took paracetamol dolo 650 and zifi cv 200 till today. Went to another doctor he said to have CBC and dengue test done. Dengue test result is awaited but CBC report came. Please check this and help me know if anything is serious. That doctor gave enzoflam in place of dolo 650 but I read that painkiller should not be given in dengue ( though reports are awaiting). What happens if I took 1 enzoflam.

I am suffering from throat infection, runny nose, headache, cold and cough from yesterday. Please proscribe medicine for me. Thanks you
