I have suddenly put on 1.3 kgs of weight in just 3 days, even though I've been exercising well and eating healthy everyday. I've been doing strength training since 4 days using light weights(2 kgs each) and have maintained hydration. My periods are over, but my weight is higher than it was during the period.
