There is nothing laid down about re-vaccination without a fresh exposure to dog bite. And if there is a fresh exposure then you have to take full vaccination.

it depends on wound category, but re-exposure qualifies as fresh case , generally 2 boostet doses of rabies vaccine suffice if you have good antibody titres in your blood , having said this type of exposure or wound will decide the further approach.
